As a subscription software startup, we only succeed when our customers can quickly learn, adopt, and get value from our product. We spend a lot of time building a simple and intuitive product, but we know there’s no replacement for getting help from a real-life human being when you’re learning a product for the first time.

Our Implementation Specialists are the first helpful and friendly face that our customers meet. They work directly with founders and operators helping them set up our CRM. As experts in Attio, they are our most critical touchpoint in making customers, early-stage high-growth startups, successful with our product.
